Shipping policy

Order processing time is separate from your shipping/transit time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping: We offer $14 flat rate shipping within the 48 contiguous states. 

Additional fees required for orders going to Hawaii and Alaska.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Temecula, CA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am-4pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Drop A Wall can ship orders to Canada and United Kingdom starting March 25, 2021.  We offer UPS Worldwide Expedited international shipping and handling. 

 

We are currently only offering UPS Worldwide Expedited at this time. While it seems more expensive it actually equals out to about the same as Standard shipping because of the high customs/import fees with standard shipping. UPS Worldwide Expedited is Customs-Cleared with fees already included, plus you’ll get it faster!

Processing & Estimated Delivery Time

Production time for international orders is 2-4 business days.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 Business Days

Drop A Wall is not responsible for any fees set by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for any fees or taxes that may apply.  Drop A Wall is not responsible for delays due to customs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dropawall.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are not produced until you place your order. Because we do not stock inventory we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@dropawall.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
