ABOUT DROP/A WALL® BACKDROPS

Board Backdrops are printing on a rigid board. Two boards can be assembled together with our custom stands to create a faux wall/surface combination. Premium Boards are currently only offered in one size, 23"x23" but can be made a custom size upon request. Standard Boards are available in 23"x23" and 24"x36" but also available in custom sizes upon request.

Vinyl Backdrops are printed on a smooth rolled vinyl. We currently offer our Vinyl Backdrops in two popular sizes, 24"x36" and 36"x48". Any custom size available upon request.

Drop/A Wall Board Backdrops are produced in our facility in Southern California. We use the highest quality materials on the most advanced machines.

We print high-resolution, realistic images directly on a durable, multi-layer PVC with a black core.

After being printed, your backdrop is precision cut with rounded corners for added protection.

Our custom stands are 3d printed and made specifically to fit our Board Backdrops. You can use our stands to prop up two backdrops as a freestanding surface/floor combination, use them on a flat surface for lay flat photos or prop one up against a wall or box. The options for use are endless.

Every backdrop is made-to-order just for you!

We print high-resolution, realistic images directly on a durable, curl-free vinyl with a gray backing.

After being printed, your vinyl backdrop is precision cut before being checked by quality control.

Our vinyl backdrops can be placed flat on a flat surface, clamped on a board or stand or even taped to a wall. The options for use are endless.

Since all screens are calibrated differently, the color you see here may vary from the actual printed product. Lighting, editing, and photography styles can all change the way the backdrops appear.

Note: Our backdrops are photos of actual tiles, wood and textures. They are meant to be as realistic as possible, and as such, may show "defects" like cracks, spots, scratches, paint marks, etc. These are not to be considered a defect in the product but rather a realistic character of our images.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BACKDROPS?

Drop A Wall Board Backdrops are durable, water-resistant, stain-resistant and tear-resistant.

They can usually be cleaned with a damp cloth and in some cases may need a mild soap or non-abrasive cleaner for stickier messes.

They can be stored in the foam sleeve they were shipped in for added safety.

We don't recommending storing them with heavy objects stacked on top.

Drop A Wall Vinyl Backdrops are durable, water-resistant, stain-resistant and tear-resistant.

They can usually be cleaned with a damp cloth and in some cases may need a mild soap or non-abrasive cleaner for stickier messes.

We recommend storing them rolled when not in use.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, though most orders are shipped same day.

Board Backdrops are shipped in a large box via UPS Ground. Vinyl Backdrops ship rolled via UPS Ground.

If you order both Board Backdrops and Vinyl Backdrops your order will be shipped in two separate packages.

Orders are shipped from our facility in southern California. UPS Ground takes 1-4 business days.

Please allow extra time for unforeseen delays in shipping, especially during this time.

UPS Standard (6-10 business days) - When your backdrops arrive at the border, the applicable customs duties, fees or taxes will be assessed and must be paid before they can be delivered. Buyer is responsible for these fees and taxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Short answer: No. All of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are not produced until you place your order. Because we do not stock inventory we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

We offer free expedited reprint on any orders damaged or lost in transit. Determination of damage/defect is at the sole discretion of Drop/A Wall. In most cases, you will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or ship the defective products back to customer service.
